I spent many weekend nights working with Keith loading microcode and doing upgrades. To pass the time Keith and I would tell each other stories about our lives. Keith’s favorite topic was his children and how much he loved them and how proud he was of them. Keith was smart, loyal and a hard worker. 2am, 3am, back in at 9am. Keith was there to make sure his data center was in the best shape. He was the customer and I was the IBM tech, but Keith treated me like I was a coworker and friend. If anyone falsely accused me of doing something wrong during an upgrade, Keith would stand right next to me making sure if needed he would defend me.  I was very sorry to hear of Keith’s passing. You are missed.
