Kelley Anne Carroll, 32, passed away on April 7, 2016.
Celebration of Life will be at 2:00 p.m., Monday at Plymouth Congregational Church, 202 N. Clifton, Wichita, 67208.
She is survived by her mother, Judy (Terry) Burpo; father, Patrick Carroll; siblings, Kimberly and Jon Carroll, Brandi Copp, and Brian Chaney; grandmother, Elizabeth Carroll and Helen Adams; uncle, Robert Carroll, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. She is preceded in death by her grandfather, Robert Carroll; grandmother, Mitsuko Gotou; stepmother, Brenda Carroll; uncle, Jeffery Carroll.
A memorial has been established with Kansas Humane Society, 3313 N. Hillside, Wichita, 67219 and/or charity of choice.
