Kelly “Jelly Bean” Williams, age 3, passed away Saturday, April 22, 2017 in York, Pennsylvania.

A native of New Ports News, Virginia, she was the daughter of Makayla Leigh Ann Lane. She was an angel to all who knew her.

A private family burial was held.

Surviving other than her Mother are her grandparents, Jason and Tina Oakley Lane; uncle, Jacob Wyatt Lane and great- grandparents, Buck and Barbara Lane.

A friend of the family, Cindy Bostic has opened a trust account at NCSECU, Oxford, NC to help with funeral expenses.
