Kelly was born in Langdale, Alabama April 25, 1986 to Harvey Jay Waites and the late Mary Elizabeth (Libby) Holloway Waites, she had been employed at the Brown's Produce in Lanett, Alabama.  

Kelly is survived by her daughter Kylie Waites of Valley, Al., father Harvey Jay Waites of Lanett, Al., sister Shelly Waites of Valley, Al., grandmother Betty Holloway of Valley, Al.
