I have been trying to track Ken down off and on for years. Unfortunately I know why I haven't been able to reach him. I wasn't in ken's life long-a couple years. The reason I've been wanting to track him down is to thank him for never giving up on me and always offering me a hand up through some difficult times I had. Ken was one of the most intelligent, witty and kind people I've ever known. I worked with him at Caltrans while going through some difficult issues. He tried his best to over advice and courage to me. It took me a few years after he transferred to Redding for me to figure things out. We spoke on the phone and he "threatened to come over to Eureka and visit-fish and whatever. Ken accomplished something few engineers do and that is to become a PE without a BS in engineering. He could just figure stuff out with his intellect. Someday I hope to see him again when my time comes. Until then, my condolences to all of you, his family and loved ones for I doubt that I'll ever meet a kind soul like Ken again. Bless you all. Brad

I remember a couple of years before Ken died he came to visit on his motorcycle. I hadn't seen him for years and he said almost immediately on first seeing me "Don't give up before the Miracle happens!". I will never forget his saying this at that quite wonderful moment of seeing Phoebe's father again after so many years. I hope they are together getting to know each other better. All blessings and love to both of you super charming and dear people.

What a shock! I'm very sorry for your loss. Ken and I were married in 1966 and made contact via the Internet some years ago. We lost track the last couple of years and I've been trying to find him. I wish him peace.

Ken was the best BIG brother anyone could ask for, with a wonderful and unique sense of humor, loving, caring, and fun to be with. He made every trip a real adventure, even if it was just to the store! Tari

My Uncle Kenneth was one of the most relaxed guys I have ever met. I can honestly never remember him being mad or upset. He loved his kids, riding his motorcycle, fishing, hunting, and telling a great story. I can't explain his sense of humor because it was like no one else's. I didn't know him super well but I knew how lucky I was to have such a wonderful loving man in my family. It was not easy

to sit by his bed last weekend but I am so glad I was able to be there for my cousins, to support them during one of the hardest times in their lives. Uncle Ken will be missed more than he ever thought possible. -His favorite niece

O Lord, glorify his station, shelter him under the pavilion of Thy supreme mercy, cause him to enter Thy glorious paradise, and perpetuate his existence in Thine exalted rose garden, that he may plunge into the sea of light in the world of mysteries. Verily, Thou art the Generous, the Powerful, the Forgiver and the Bestower.
