Kenneth N. Meixner, died on February 17, 2021 of pancreatic cancer in his home in Medway, Ohio. Kenneth was born May 14, 1945 to Dorothy and Carl Meixner of Dayton. Graduate of Chaminade HS and served In the Air National Guard. Survived by sons Mark of Troy and Todd of Florida (mother Carol Fannin deceased) daughter Elizabeth (mother Mary survives) of Virginia and grandchildren Cassidy and Ryder of Florida. Sisters Carolyn Zirbs of Florida and Nancy McClure of Englewood and brother Michael of Tipp City survive. Brother James is deceased. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Retired from General Motors. Ken’s favorite place was Lake Kashwakamak, Ontario Canada where he and his family spent many summers in his youth at his parent’s cottage. He later had a home on the lake and lived there for several years after retirement. The family is grateful for the care from Hospice of Dayton and Lynn Meixner in his final months. Memorial contributions may be sent to the American Cancer society. A memorial service and internment of his ashes will be at St. Killian's Cemetery in Ardoch, Ontario this summer after the Covid border shutdown is released.
