Kenneth Neal Roberson, 71, a longtime resident of Vance County passed away Monday, October 3, 2016 at Maria Parham Hospital in Henderson.

A native of Vance County, he was the son of the late Joseph J. Roberson and Carrie Belle Woodward. He was of the Baptist Faith, was a Correctional Officer at Warren County Correctional Institute for many years.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, October 6, 2016 in the Eakes Funeral Home Chapel in Oxford by Rev. Frank Sossoman. Burial will be private.

Surviving are his wife, Ann Vick Roberson of Henderson; a daughter, Melanie Ann Thomas (Chris) of Vance County; a son, Paul Allen Roberson (Torrey) of Oxford.

Visitation will be held Thursday, October 6, 2016 from 9:30 – 10:45 A.M. at Eakes Funeral Home in Oxford and at other times the home of his son, Paul and Torrey on Dorsey Rd.
