I have been part of the extended family for the past 16 1/2 years. Kimmy's bright eyes and smiling face were always a joy to behold on every visit. Tracy and I took her and her mother, Connie, on vacations to the Outer Banks and the Finger Lakes many times, and she always provided some of the funniest and most memorable statements on every trip. She was well loved by all her family members, and she gave that love back to everyone who came into contact with her. I will miss her dearly. Dave

My heart breaks for the whole Vining family. While helping care for Kimmy for a few years, I had grown to love and adore her as well as the whole family. She will surely be missed by so many. Prayers are with everyone during this time.

I am so sorry. In someways I hardly know Tracey, but I have tears in my eyes. My sister was 15 years older than I and died 41 years ago and there is still such a big empty hole in my heart. I am sending love and prayers.
