Kjetil graduated from the University of Agder (UiA) in  Kristiansand Area, Norway and started working in 1990 as Systems & Maintenance Broadcast Engineer for NTV Consult/Panasonic. In 1993 he took position as Head of Technology for TV Norge until 1997 when he moved to Sony with the responsibility of business manager for the professional services of Sony broadcast Europe. In September 2002 he was appointed Managing director for Mediateket, a Norwegian  IT distributor of solutions for Broadcast. In 2006 Kjetil entered Nevion in the role of Product manager and later in April 2009 he was appointed Vice President of Sales and member of the extended management team.
