Dearly loved and forever in our hearts

Kristen Ann DeMuth, age 46, passed away in Plano, Texas on Monday, March 10, 2014.

Born on October 10, 1967, in Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, Kris spent most of her young adult years in Memphis, Tennessee. She attended Vanderbilt University where she received her Bachelor of Science degree from the School of Engineering. Soon after graduating she relocated to Texas. Kris is survived by her parents, Dr. Frank and Mrs. JoAnne Reichen, her husband of 18 years, Randal Paul DeMuth, and her daughter of 15 years, Hannah Marie DeMuth. She will be truly missed by so many but there is also such peace in knowing that she is in a better place where she can now rest.

A memorial gathering will be held from 4pm – 6pm on Friday, March 14, at the DeMuth home. Relatives and friends are welcome.

Memorial contributions are welcome and should be mailed to the American Cancer Society in memory of Kristen DeMuth

Randy and Hannah, I am so very sorry for your pain and your loss. Kris was such an awesome person and her spirit lives on. She was always so proud of her family and spoke about how wonderful her parents were too. I know this is a difficult time for you all but know that there is much love and prayers surrounding you. Kris was a friend from our old EDS days - she was such a hard worker, so very smart and creative and always willing to go above and beyond to help her friends and co-workers. On a personal note she will be remembered for her sense of humor, quick smile and passion for her family. My thoughts and prayers continue to be with you.

You have been in my thoughts since I heard the terrible struggle your wonderful Kris and you have endured over the last few months.
The loss of a child must be such a difficult grief to bear and I am so terribly sorry. The loss of a mother and a wife, equally difficult.
There is really nothing I can say to you that will take away your pain except that all who knew Kris are sharing it with you.
