I had the absolute pleasure of working with Kristina when I was a traveler at RMC. She made me feel welcomed immediately and we became fast friends. I always knew she would have our backs on any shift, no matter the craziness! We laughed every night we worked together, and I mean EVERY NIGHT. I will miss you forever Kristina.

Kristi and I have been best friends since we were 12. I remember I was new to the neighborhood, and she took me around trying to help me sell my gobstoppers and meeting neighbors. I have so many memories that I can't just name one. The kindness and sweet nature that was Kristi will never be forgotten. May we all try to be a Kristi to someone who needs love. She is so missed but her memory will live on. I love you so much Kristina Dawn.

I had the honor of working with Kristina at RMC. She always had a great control over things and although it always seemed that she and I would end up in chaos together I felt calm with her in the room because she held it together and did everything to make the delivery go as smooth as possible. I’m not sure how many times I got stuck in a labor room with only she and I while a mom was saying she needed to push and I would always be the volunteer to go find help. I swore some days she was trying to make me a labor nurse. Her great work ethic, beautiful smile and ever caring personality will always be missed. Sending prayers to all of Kristina’s family and loved ones.

Kristi and I grew up together! My best memory of her is when we would play outside together! We also had many sleepovers at each other's house! She was the greatest friend and hearing of her passing just breaks my heart! She was such a sweet and caring person! Her mom Rhonda was the best mom! Kristi will be missed and her kindness will be remembered forever!

Kristi and I were friends in high school. She was one of my best friends. The most memorable time of my teen years with her was when we went to see The Lord Of The Rings when it first came out in theaters. We loved going to the movies together. One of the biggest regrets I hold near my heart is not making her my Maid Of Honor at my wedding. I was apprised that I had to make my sister my Maid Of Honor. Though, it should have been her. Although, she had no problem assisting the natural every-wedding chaos. She helped me through my wedding day when my sister couldn’t, obliging to help with anything needed. It’s who she was. She was the type of friend that no matter where she was in life, she would drop all that she was doing to come assist me and others, making us her top priority. She will always be in my heart.

Our deepest sympathies. Abby and Carlye loved going to Rhonda and Mike’s for babysitting and playing with Kristina and Angela. They looked up to Kristina as she was kind, compassionate, maternal, mature beyond her years and so much fun. Our hearts, prayers and love are with you.

I met Kristi through my friends Josh and Autumn. From the first moment Kristi and I met we knew we were kindred spirits. We were both introverts that our extroverted friend Autumn had “adopted”. We had a lot of good times together whether it was going out on the town or just hanging out at home talking and laughing. Kristi was such a kind person and I truly enjoyed the many times we got to spend together. She loved her family, her career as a nurse, traveling, and her friends. The world lost one of the good ones when Kristi left. I’ve always loved the quote by Maya Angelou, “I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” Kristi made me feel seen as a person, accepted, important, and loved. She made the world a better place and will be truly missed.

I had the pleasure of working with kristi at Truman. Every night we worked together it was sure to be full of laughter. I always remember her stories of Cory, the chickens, and her cats! Kristi’s smile could light up a room. She was always a resource when I needed her and I’m deeply saddened by her passing. To the family my prayers are with you in this thought time. You raised a wonderful girl !

I loved Christina from the moment I met her. She became like a daughter to me. We were friends, constant co-workers, family. She was true, warm, loving and giving. Her smile, sense of humor and laugh lit up a room. As a co- worker she was always by your side, as dependable and strong as the stars in the sky. She would give anyone the shirt off her back, even if it meant she wouldn’t have one herself. She was an accomplished, excellent nurse and changed so many lives for the better with her empathetic care. Her greatest qualities were loyalty and devotion. If you were her friend she was totally loyal and devoted to you. I, more than anyone, can say this with certainty. She stood by her values and beliefs even when it was difficult or caused a situation to be harder for her. She was strong, she never wavered. I’ve never met a finer human being and I will miss her forever.

One of the many memories I have is just me and her playing state of decay together all night while having random conversations. Her telling me I wasn't allowed to drive in a actual apocalypse since I would yeet us off every cliff.  It was always so much fun I loved every minute of it.

I worked almost 5 years with Kristina at Research. She was always looked at things with in a positive way. She was someone you were excited to work with. She was a friend to all. Her patients loved her also. Think of all those moms and dads talking to their child throughout their life talking about their labor and delivery experience, thinking about how great their nurse Kristina was! Her legacy will go on will all those lives she touched as a nurse, all those friends she worked with. We are all better people having known her. I will miss her. Your family is in my prayers

I remember the days of sitting in Women’s choir. We would laugh and get in trouble for talking. It’s really sad how you lose touch with people and then one day they’re gone.

I was a day shift Charge nurse at RMC who had the task of assigning assignments for the night shift.  Kristina entered the unit and I say Hey Kristina I have something for you and she replied what?  I said report and my charge phone.  She looked with a little smile and said why me?  I replied because I know you can handle it, she smiled and followed me and the rest is Herstory!!! She was an AMAZING Charge nurse and loved by her work family and patients!!! I was sad to see her leave but as we know Change can be good!  We had many talks about life and love during our time at Research and I was so saddened by the news of her passing.  I’m sad but I know she is free from pain and sickness of this world and in the heavens rejoicing!  Rest well, until we meet again!!
