Countryside, IL for many years before becoming the
Executive Chef for Planet Hollywood. He worked in restaurants in
Chicago, Dallas, Arlington, VA, Princeton, NJ, Philadelphia, Baltimore and other cities before landing in Knoxville, TN because of falling
in love with a girl that
he met while in managerial training for Bailey’s Sports Bar, who became his wife for the rest of his life.
Most recently, he was a
manager for Applebee’s for
the better part of 13 years and was currently at the Oak Ridge location.

cooking for his friends and family and made sure that no one would
ever go hungry in his presence.
