His Life
June 22, 2016

On November 10, 2015, Tynesha T. Slaughter and Rafael L. Davis were blessed with bundles of joy, precious twins boys; one being Kyren Elijah Davis. On Friday, June 17, 2016, God called this precious little angel home to be with Him.

“Tuna Wuna”, as he was called by mother, father, family members and friends, was a happy baby and always had a big, bright smile on his face. He was a loving baby and enjoyed being held by family members and friends.

Kyren loved his best friend, “his bottle” and would scream to the top of his lungs to let you know it was time for him to be fed. “Tuna Wuna” would constantly grab his twin brother’s pacifier because he wanted both of them, his and his brother’s. Khyle and he would have long baby babbles between themselves. They knew exactly what they were babbling about even though others didn’t. The two of them, talking baby talk, would put a smile their faces as well as the faces of family members and friends.

Kyren will be joined in Heaven by: his great, great-great and great-great-great grandparents: Joann Anderson, Andrew Davis, Jr., Linda Towles, Elizabeth Merideth, Arrie Clark, Margaret Williams, Martha Hutchinson, Andrew Davis, Sr, and Mildred Anderson; aunt, Torsha Briskey, and uncle, Decarlo Briskey.

His gentle smile could melt the hearts of those around him and he leaves behind wonderful caregivers: his loving mother, Tynesha T. Slaughter; devoted father, Rafael L. Davis, West Point, GA; his twin brother, Khyle Elias Davis, West Point, GA; maternal grandparents, Katrina Slaughter and Dexter Winston, West Point, GA; paternal grandparents, LaSha(Charlie) Davis West Point, GA and Craig Towles, LaFayette, AL; paternal great-great grandmother, Virginia “Gin” Davis, LaGrange, GA; paternal great- great-great grandmother, Carrie Pearl Davis, West Point, GA; aunts, Keynosha, Deniscia and Jamil Slaughter, Startesha Davis, West Point, GA; Cratesha Towles, Opelika, AL; uncles, Martez Winston, Cordero Cotton, LaGrange, GA; great aunts, Renee Winston, LaGrange, GA, Marie Heard, West Point, GA; Andra(Marcus) Haynes, Patricia(Chris) Jennings, Keisha Williams, Altanya Davis, West Point, GA; great uncles, Richard and Marcus Davis, West Point, GA an array of great-great aunts, and great-great uncles, cousins, Sincere Slaughter, Keni Ware, West Point, GA and a host of other relatives and friends.
