On Wednesday June 9, 2021 Ladie Leon, loving wife and friend to many passed away at the age of 80.

Ladie was born in Moca, Puerto Rico to Nicolas and Andrea.  Ladie moved to New Jersey in 1955 with her family.  She continued her education there and later worked for Emerson Radio.  Shortly after,  Ladie met the love of her life Ramon who she lovingly called Negrito.  They were married in 1963.

Ladie made a wonderful life for Ramon and herself in New Jersey.  She was an active member in her church community there for many years, volunteering her time and resources to help countless people.  Ladie was quick to lend a helping hand.  She was generous and touched the lives of so many.  She continued with generous and faithful service to her church and community when she retired to Florida in 2001.

Ladie enjoyed serving her community and entertaining her friends and family. She will be forever missed.  She is survived by her husband Ramon, brothers Ivan and Wilson, sister Judith and countless family members and friends. She is predeceased by her mother Andrea, father Nicolas, sisters Eulogia and Ludovina and her brother Angelo.

In lieu of flowers we are asking donations be made in Ladie’s honor to Fisher Center For Alzheimer’s Research Foundation. alzinfo.org
