I've been thinking about Lael the past few days & missing the time we spent talking about genealogy, exchanging information & stories about family members, going to visit great grandpa James Pollock's 2nd wife's family & the couple of times I went to his house on Mercer Island. If you're thinking about family you haven't seen or heard from in a while, please call or visit them before they are "forever missed".

I continue to miss you every day as does your family and so many friends. I wish you were still here. You would be so proud of your kids and all the grands ... including Alyson's Kalia, just a few weeks old. Fourth of July was always your favorite holiday so even though it was also your death date we still manage to celebrate you and our country with much joy on that date every year.

Christmas is coming and I will miss your newsy Christmas letter this year. Rest in Peace my third cousin. I will miss my genealogy partner. I hope you have met our 5X gr grandfather Henrick Paul Brack!! And having a good conversation with him.
