Landen was born on December 29, 2007 and passed away at 13 years old on September 16, 2021 at Dayton Children’s Hospital.

Landen is survived by his parents Joyce Lemke and Mark Yount, siblings Kassidy Yount, Ayden Lyons, and Carter Yount; maternal grandmother Katherine Watts, paternal grandfather David Mazzone; aunts and uncles Joshua (Rachel) Patch, Jessica (Carl) Yount, Carrie Yount, Patricia (Chris) Morris, Tara Donahey, a host of cousins, family, and friends. He is preceded in death by maternal grandfather Ralph Watts, paternal grandmother Vickie Mazzone, and Aunt Jessica Lemke.

Funeral services for Landen will be on Wednesday, September 29th at 12:00 Noon at Lusain Funeral Home, 2455 Stanley Avenue, Dayton, Ohio with burial immediately following at Bellbrook Cemetery, 3939 Upper Bellbrook Rd, Bellbrook, OH 45305.
