He retired as an engineer from Norfolk Southern Railroad.

To honor his wishes, Larry’s body was cremated. A private memorial service will be planned at a later date. The family suggests that memorials be made to Children in Crises

Children in Crisis, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization of caring people, working together to provide homes and keep brothers and sisters together. We give a home to the abused, neglected, and abandoned children of our community. Larry  would have loved to know his death made a difference in a childs life.

Im glad I have pictures of us but more importantly, I have the memories of us! From catching my first giant catfish to sneaking around playing your guitar because I wanted to be just like you.Too many thoughts & memories to write. You were loved and will be missed by many! Everytime I see a Cracker Barrel I will think of you! Love you Dad!
