Service will be held November 15, 2021 at Germantown Pike Church of Christ. Visitation at 10:00am and service to follow at 11:00am. Interment at Dayton National Cemetery.

Larry Phillip McNeil was born in Dayton,Ohio on December 17,1951 to Joseph and Rosie McNeil. He was preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Rosie McNeil  as well as brothers Frederick and Jeter Parker.

Larry was a graduate of Roosevelt High School Class of 1970, from there he went on to serve four years in the United States Air Force.  Upon leaving the Air Force Larry then began his career with the city of Dayton Trash Collection Department until his retirement. He was also an avid Cleveland Browns and Ohio State Football fan.

To rejoice at his life and reflect on memories he leaves his beloved wife of 28 years Cindy McNeil ; one son Michael Lamb, two grandchildren Madison and Zavier ; Loving sister Sherry Seay. Sister in laws Vickie (Dave) Cortner, Tammy (Tom) LaFevre as well as nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends.
