A BRIEF GIST ABOUT MY DADDY

June 7, 2021
As a Kid, I spent more time with my Dad more than my Mum from my kindergarten till I finished graduated from Secondary...
He taught me alot about Life and What to expect from it. I learnt alot of things from him especially Cooking. Yes! I learnt how to cook from him especially his handmade very thick Egwusi soup and pepper soup(Ofe Ose) which was and is the easiest and fastest soup to make in seconds...
He is a man of integrity and actions. He hardly speaks but Express his speech with actions.
I could remember when I was growing up, whenever I'd misbehave in many occasions, he won't discipline me instantly but as soon he comes to wake me early in morning for Morning Devotions, I will be moderately dealt me before the Prayers.
In often Cases, he makes use of his eyes to express his anger, once I did something wrong, he looks at me, I will instantly know without a Sorcerer telling me I did it wrongly.
He always love playing with children and once your naked he will say that he will cut off your manhood and eat it (Hahaha), I'm always the Standby messenger he will ask to go get the knife for the cutting and that alone will make you to be afraid and dress up immediately.
Anytime I need money, he will tell me that he don't have but he will still go inside his room and satisfy your want by providing your request.
He is a kind of man I wish to be his son in the next world. I enjoyed his advices.
I enjoyed playing with him. Whenever I come back, I will ask or he will remind to come and suck breast which We will run around trying to know who will caught first.
He was a renowned Farmer in Nkwelle Ezunaka so I worked with him...
We had a little experience of carpentry, plumbing and other handworks and also purchases the  materials and keep at home for future use. Because he always like his children to do the work and anytime we engage with him in the work, we do it perfectly...

A man of integrity and actions. He hardly speaks but Express his speech with actions.
I could remember when we're growing up, he make use of his eyes to express his anger, once you did something wrong , he looks at you , ( I called it Scowl look) . You will realize you did it wrong.
He always love playing with children and once your naked he will say that he will cut off your manhood and eat it, that will make you to be afraid and dress up immediately.
Anytime you need money, he will say he don't have and still yet go inside his room and satisfy your want by providing your request.
He is a kind of man I wish to be his son in the next world. I enjoyed his advices . We had a little experience of  carpentry, plumbing and other handworks, and also purchases the  materials and keep at home for future use. As the first child of your offspring, I grew up to see and learn a lot from you. My dad is the best dad,  a man of the people, a preacher of the gospel with a life worth imitating.  Peaceful  and trust worthy. Someone who always find a way to help and make people happy. He has a gentle soul. He is humble , kind,  playful, hardworking and  very honest.  He is my hero , my supporter, my teacher, my provider, my friend, but most importantly…my first love. As far back as I can remember, ...He showed me what true love really meant by the way he loved my mom no matter what. He taught me to always trust in God,  that he had the final say. Always preach forgiveness and peace.  I will really miss you. Your gentle voice,  your response. You never stress anyone. Your last evening on earth you told me over the phone even when I  asked you , daddy you are sounding very deep? He replied, It is well.  Never did I know you would leave us so suddenly, you were a good man, you advised me and did your best to provide for me and my siblings . You tried your best in helping people, always smiling.  I still remember all the places you drove me to as a child and a memorable day to hospital at the birth of your first son Samuel after so many years.  You made people see me like your princess as I always been, that gave birth to my nick name OYIBO . Always there for us to say a word of prayer and encouragement, and a great listener and advocate of peace.
My Dad left an impact on every person he met, even strangers (who didn’t stay strangers very long because he was just so  friendly). The love my Dad spread on this Earth continues to grow and will live on, and that is the ultimate measure of any human being. So proud to call you Daddy,  Papa Oyibo

I love you, Dad. Now and forevermore. From your first Princess Oyibo
