I call you My ONE and ONLY...
Because you're the life of the party....
On your sick bed you gave me hope that you will be fine even when you notice I lost hope....
The best gift you've given us all is your endless smile of hope....
You knew you're going, you told everyone but you couldn't tell me because you don't want me to lose hope.
I'm happy you've been there with me even in death.
Thank you for showing up several whenever I'm in a confused or depressed situation....
Now I understand what the bible meant by saying we have a cloud ☁️ of witnesses watching over us. Mama, I will run this race I will surely persevere untill I see you wings.
I missed you my one and only...

Hey mama
It's a year today
But I promise to let you know my favourite memory Today
So sometime In February last year
While we were alone at home
You told me of how children grow up and forget to love their parents as they should
But your case was different
We showed you love at the slightest chance we get
I then replied "wait till we completely become like Christ, we are surely sweeping you off your feet with love"
I am forever grateful that you knew I loved you with every fibre I have
Today I wish you read this and know nothing changed.

Hey mama
I still watch the gate in eagerness for your return
I still feed a little seed of hope, praying some day you would show up and tell us it was all a story
The countless dreams I had of you have showed me that are still with me
Though I can't hug you like I've always done
Though I can't disturb like I've always do
Though I can't make you laugh hard to tears like I always enjoyed doing
I know one thing is certain
That the legacy you left behind for me to follow will forever exist
I will walk down the path you've always taught me
Though sometimes it is quite hard especially now that you're not here
With tears in my eyes I will make you proud
With anticipation to see you soon♥️

To the woman who stooped to conquer.
Fearlessly she stood before the wat front of delivery
As though it wasn't enough
Fearlessly again she challenged the devil himself every night after
To the woman who fought our battles more than hers
To the woman who protected us against the prey of life whilst she's been devoured by pain
To the woman who knows no night nor day
All she cared was to battle and battle nonstop
To protect her little LUNs
To a praying mother and warrior
Must confess indeed you're a true definition of a parent
A true king
And a real father
With a heart if a mother
Who stooped to conquer the battle of her offsprings independently
You are surely the Alpha of an arctic wolf pack, an emperor penguin who starves to death and a seahorse father who is also a mother
I will forever miss you best friend
Thank you for giving me the opportunity to be your friend and daughter
I love you

A TRIBUTE TO MY ONE AND ONLY

August 15, 2022
To say this past one year without you was the toughest thing I've ever experienced would be an understatement.
There is something about a mother's love ❤ and when it's missing in the physical it's affect the part of you that you didn't know existed.
Many have asked me over time if I was okay? And for the first time in my life I was honest with myself and I replied "no I'm not okay".
I will never be Okay with the thought of loosing you. It has always been you and I against the world However you've raised me to be strong and rise above every trials. So I will continue to hold down the fort and I vow to keep my head high until the day comes when I will see you again!
I love mama .....I can't wait to see your wings...
