My uncle was a person who loved and lived life to the fullest and I will miss him very much. One of the things I remember most, was he loved to go fishing. After him and the other family members would come from fishing on the weekends, I would watch my uncle cut the fish open and clean it. He would explain to us kids how its done. Then we children would watch him cook it. By the smell we could hardly wait to eat the fish. It was soooooo good. I miss u uncle and I will never forget u.
