Leah was born on the 10th of june 2000 and 16.01 her weight was 6lb 13oz. She was born with a condition called c.h.a.r.g.e syndrome 

C = Choanal Atresia which means that she was born without any air way up her              nose which was resolved by an operation.

H = Heart Defect one of Leahs ducts in her heart did not close properly so she          Had a operation to close it with a metal pin. 

A =  Leah had no central vision, she could see around her by looking from the            Courner of her eye but couldn't see anything when looking striaght ahead.

R = Renal leah had a mild right renal  pelvic dilatation and was on medaction for             this.
 
G = Growth when she passed away at just over 4 months she was unable to              Hold up her head unaided and would of ended up in a while chair due to her         Condition.

E = She had a little loss of hearing which would have resulted in her having an          Hearing  aid later on in her life. she also had a face palsy on the right side          Of her face.

After Leah was rush into hospital when the duct in her heart reopened she was also found to have some tearing on her vocal cords which in turn led to her having a tracheostomy (which is a breathing tube in her throat). Leah was in hospital for 3 months before she came home for the 6 wks before she passed away.
