Leo Cranford

Leo was born in Hawkinsville, GA to the late Herbert and Christine Cranford. He was raised in Dodge County, and moved to Macon in 1968. He was preceded in death by his brother Wayne Cranford; and sister, Hazel Janet Newman.
Leo was a former tree surgeon, and retired as a self employed truck driver. He loved to be outside.
He is survived by his wife, Peggy Knight Cranford; two daughters, Sarah Cranford Bynum (Bill), and Angel Elliott; adopted daughter in love, niece, Wendy Hoffman; six grandchildren, Daniel Cranford, Brittney Cranford, Edward Majors, Braden Elliott, Makayla Elliott and Brantley Ray Stoeckig; brothers, Buddy Cranford, Stan Cranford, Jackie Cranford and Doug Cranford; sister Margaret Walker, and many nieces and nephews.
Leo was born March 1, 1950 and passed away on Tuesday, August 20, 2013, at the age of 63. He was surrounded by his loving family and he will be missed forever but lives on in their hearts.
