Dad:

Happy 97th birthday in Heaven.

I think if you often.

On July 31, 2017, I lost someone very close to me. It was Moe, my cat. He was 13 years old. Both Patty and I were with him when he passed. It was really hard on me, but, I adopted (the very sane day my dear, sweet Moe passed away) a 2 month old kitten from CVHS. Doing so ha helped me tremendously with the grieving process.

Say hello to rest f the family that preceded (and suceeded) you to the Kingdom of Heaven.

Dad:

It's hard to believe that 10 years have passed since you left us to join Mom in heaven.

I remember that visit to the Northbrook Manor Care Center when I told you, "Mom is calling you. It's okay to answer the call".

That was the hardest thing I ever had to say to you, but, I think you were (somehow) waiting for me to tell you that it was okay to go.

You will always live on in the hearts of those you touched.
