Len was born and raised and lived his whole life in Malden. He is part of the greatest generation and definitely lived up to the title. He went through the Great Depression as a young child then went on to serve proudly in the US Navy as a gunner. Len was also a member of Iron Workers local 7 and was involved in building the Prudential and the Tobin Bridge. In retirement he enjoyed his summer cottage in New Hampshire for many years. He loved dancing and had a great voice as he sang along with his favorite oldies. Truly a multi faceted guy. He was a very warm and engaging guy and always tried to make anyone he met feel like they knew him forever and was always there with his dry wit and honest sense of humor to get a laugh. Truly a great guy !!
