This memorial website was created in memory of our loved one, Les Bryant, 67 years old, born on March 29, 1947, and passed away on August 7, 2014. We will remember him forever.
Les was a great man... I got to get to know him these last couple of years... will never forget our time together or the memories... he was the best father in law I could ask for... I love you and miss you
Leslie A. Bryant was a loving Father, Friend, Neighbor, Uncle, Brother, Soldier and the list goes on. He has left everyone here on Earth with a ever lasting memory and that is, Life is to short to be mad all the time, so laugh it off and keep on walking! I will continue to follow in my daddy's foot steps for they will lead me right back to him in just a short while. I LOVE YOU DAD AND THANK YOU FOR ALL THAT YOU DID xoxoxoxo
Uncle Bunk, I'll miss you! From all the pranks when we were little kids to all the times we shared, you always had a smile and joke for everyone you met. You loved us all, equally. We travelled some rocky roads, but always came out on top. You were such a proud veteran, always giving to your fellow soldiers. Peace be with you big brother. Give Mom, Dad, Butch, Ivamay and Anne a big hug for us.
Well big daddy you are probably half way to heaven by now so when you get there be patient we will all be there some day. Until then I will miss seeing you in the dining room at work. Big daddy Less was a awesome person I enjoyed seeing and talking with him. I will never forget how happy he was when he came in with his scooter. His wife Julie meant the world to him also.
Service will be August 22, 9 A.M. at Florida National cemetery in Bushnell, Florida performed by the Marion County Honor Guard. Les was a member of this guard himself, for many years.
"Uncle Buddy" was a funny kind hearted man. Strangers were just friends he hadn't met yet. He had a love for laughter and people. He always had a joke or two to tell everyone. I am going to miss his smile. He seemed very young at heart. The stories I could tell about our adventures, I would tell it like I was talking about a long lost friend. He was my Uncle Buddy.
