Life and Times

November 5, 2019
As Les' wife we shared many adventures. We met as a blind date in 1966 and found we had so much to share with one another, We married February 25 1967.  Les was in the Navy when we met and shortly after he got out of active and was put in the  Navy Reserve. He was called back to active duty because of " The Pueblo Incident in Korea. He didn't want to go back to sea and so he asked the Air Force if they could use his talents. So began our adventure in the Air Force. We lived in Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming, Washington and the country of Panama. His lovely daughter was adopted there and the two of them were a great pair, They share so many personality traits. He could never have had a better gift.
We made so many great friends along the way. When we retired, we traveled all over our country and saw so much of our beautiful land. He always felt the military protected this country for all to enjoy
