This memorial website was created in memory of our loved one, Leslie Hicks 62 years old , born on December 19, 1955 and passed away on October 1, 2018. We will remember him forever. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on October 9,2018  W.E. Lusain Funeral Home and Crematory. Family will receive friends on hour prior to the service.

Leslie J. Hicks, known by many as "The Precious One", was born on December 19th, 1955. He was born in Charleston, WV. He moved to Dayton, OH at an early age, and attended Dayton Public Schools. He was once employed by Kinsey Asphalt, Co. He loved his family and loved ones. And to the ones he loved, he had outstanding loyalty. Les also loved his life. He's proceeded in death by his father - Leslie Hicks Sr., mother - Dorcas M. Stokes - Hicks, brother - William, and a host of aunts and uncles. He leaves to cherish his memory: brother - Robert (Bobby) L. Weston, a host of cousins and a very loyal and dedicated friend - his girl, Judy Bateman. Precious was loved by few and will be missed by many. We loved him, but God loved him more. He already had his bags packed for God to bring him on home as he weakened. God received him on October 1st, 2018. Rest in peace now my love. I loved you, but God loved you more.
