This memorial website was created in memory of our beloved mother and grandmother, Lettie Colton 90 years old, born on March 16, 1929 and finished her work here on Earth on March 28, 2019. We will remember her forever.

God looked around His garden and He found an empty place. He looked down upon the earth and saw your tired face. He put His arms around you and lifted you to rest, God's garden must be beautiful He always takes the best. He knew that you were suffering and He knew you were in pain, He knew that you would never get well on earth again. He saw the road was getting rough, and the hills were hard to climb, so He closed your weary eyelids and whispered "Peace be thine". It broke our hearts to lose you, but you didn't go alone, for part of us went with you the day God called you home.

Momma, it's only been a couple of weeks ago that I was honored to hold your hand as you went on your journey. I cherish our time together and the wit and wisdom you shared with all of us. Always reaching for the right attitude to have and the kindest approach to life. Your love surrounds me now as I walk my life without your lovely presence.
