Lewis: I was shocked to see your obituary in this morning's Lewiston newspaper. I truly enjoyed the time we spent together and the discussions we had through the years way back when you were a sports card dealer, and more recently at the flea markets and fairs we both set up at. I will keep you and your family in my prayers.

Some people seem to leave us far too soon. I have only known Lewis for a year when I joined Southern Maine Indoor Flea Market as a vendor. From the beginning he was so helpful giving me advice, addressing my concerns, explaining procedures and just being welcoming and greeting me with a smile. I truly will miss him.

As a friend, I will miss his humor the most...always dispensing a quick retort, a clever one liner, or a funny story from the past. I will miss his presence in my daily routine, the sharing of life's trials and tribulations...but he faced every one HEAD ON...Straight AHEAD...with NO BULL. I will never forget his ALL INS...the nervous twitch in his demeanor,,,the jitters as he enjoyed the bluff as well as the winning hand.
As a business associate...I feel his spirit surround me daily as I exercise the knowledge he was so generous to share and would with anyone who needed help. Underneath his humility and insecurities, Lewis was indeed a smart man.
Glad to know you Lewis...to eternity and BEYOND...MY dear friend !

We will forever miss your smile and chuckle, your crazy hair and the way you said "huh" every time someone said something to you. You were always willing to help and will be missed by all your friends at the Fleamarket and fairs. I know you will be watching over us all, especially over Julie and your Ali bear! RIP Lewis, you were taken far to soon!! ❤️
