Mom, I miss you dearly, and some days I feel I cannot go on, but I do. I wish I had your strength and passion for life. You have been coming to visit me a lot lately, I feel your presence around me and sometimes I feel the breeze brush against my face or across my shoulders, and I know it's you letting me know you are my guardian, my guiding force, to tell me to please don't give up, trudge forward, no matter what. I too, shall never sink.
Forever in my heart
Pam

In My Garden by: Lillie Helge

In My Garden  By:  Lillie Helge

In my garden you're apt to see,
all sorts of plants put there by me.
There's cute lil pansies, standing in a row,
like a line of chorus girls, ready to put on a show.

There's lilacs, roses and a few marigold,
zennias and petunias with colors so bold.
The plant the seems to thrive the most,
was surely planted by a sneaky ghost.

It really was an unkind deed,
for this plant is called a weed.
No matter how hard I try,
I can't get those darn weeds to die.
