LISA CATHERINE (MARTINEZ) ZANDER, 44, beloved wife of Andrew J. Zander of Enfield, passed away peacefully on May 29th, 2005 with her cousin, Lori Nunno at her side and her loving family in her heart at St. Francis Hospital after a brief illness. Lisa was born in Springfield, MA on December 31, 1960 daughter of Marty and Ida (Girard) Martinez of Las Vegas, NV. She had resided in Chicopee, MA prior to moving to Enfield in July of 2004. She had been employed by the Simmons Co. of Agawam, MA from 1993 until 2000.
Besides her husband, Andrew and her parents Lisa is survived by her children, Michael and Nicole Daniels of Las Vegas, NV, and Jonathan and Jessica Zander of West Haven, CT, a sister, Lynn Reynolds and her husband, Paul of WY, nieces, Crystina Cortes and her husband, Jose of FL, and Lisa Rivera and her husband, Jason and their daughter, Alexus, a aunt, Nini (Linda) Boutin of NV, special cousins, Lori Nunno and her husband, Michael and their children, Athena, Tony and Michael, Jr., of Milford, CT and Leanna Rios and her husband, Jay and their children, Lucas, Nicholas, Zachary and Alexis of MA, and Lance Boutin and his wife, Christina, her father and mother-in-law, Fred and Phyllis Zander of Milford, CT. She will also be sadly missed by her wonderful furry son, "Bandit� of five yrs. Lisa will be remembered as a wonderfully loving and caring wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, niece, cousin and friend to all who knew her. She never ever put herself first in all that she did in her life. Her family would like to thank, all the Dr's, Nurses and staff of St. Francis hospital especially those who took such good care of her on 8-1 and in the intensive care unit. A Memorial Service in celebration of Lisa's life will be held on Friday June 10, 2005 at 8pm from Browne Memorial Funeral Chapels 43 Shaker Rd. Enfield, the family will receive friends prior to the service from 5 to 8pm. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society P.O. Box 1004 Meriden, CT 06450-1004 or to the North Central Counseling Services 47 Palomba Dr. Enfield, CT 06082.
