Lisa, I am so grateful to God for bringing us together and creating the absolutely amazing friendship we shared. The highest of the highs, and the lowest of the lows, you had my back, and I had yours. You always, always had a way of putting laughter in my life. I will always cherish, with fond memories the special times we shared. I love you, baby girl. Till we meet again in heaven, fly on by beautiful lady. Xoxo

How to write how much someone meant to you in a few words? Lisa was my rock. She came into my life at 12 1/2 and never left. She was the only person that was there year after year for the good, bad & the ugly. She was there for the laughter & may times for the tears. She truly listened when you talked. I learned that from her. Sometimes people don't need an answer they just need you to listen. I will miss our phone calls!! I will miss her silliness. How we would laugh together. I will miss our life talks. Our talks of the past & what we hoped for in the future. There is no one that will ever come close to filling her shoes. I Pray you are no longer in pain and that you have sprouted a pair of purple leopard print wings. Just as you stood out shined bright here you will make your presence know in Heaven. When I see a sky filled with shades of purple I will know its you spreading your wings I will know it's you Until we see each other again I love you much my beautiful friend.

Her Life
March 25, 2019

Lisa Carpenter left this world too soon on March 20, 2019 to be healthy and start her role as guardian angel. She was a beautiful women who enjoyed gardening, summer sunshine, decorating and her family and pets.

She was born July 4, 1962 and true to her birthday she was a firecracker. Her large personality will be truly missed. She was born in Bridgeport, CT and spent 11 years in Sarasota, FL before returning home to Connecticut. She loved the beach, the saltwater ocean and the endless sunshine.

She is predeceased by her parents, Edward and Marcia Weglarz. She is also predeceased by her beloved son, Robert Carpenter. She is survived by her two daughters Nicole Weglarz and Amanda Carpenter. She has four grand children Taylor, Nicholas, Georgia, and Eli. She has her two sisters Kathleen Weglarz and Deborah Santos that she left behind. She has many beloved family members and friends. She will be missed by her cats and beloved dog Olivia.

She was a hard working woman that fell ill many years ago. She fought a long and hard fight with multiple health battles but she was strong. She stayed with us for as long as she could. God needed her help with something more and he has mended her aching body. Please feel free to share your stories and memories of Lisa.

Summer sun

March 25, 2019

Some of my favorite times with my mom will forever be the warm summer days of floating in the pool and sitting on the deck. We had so many conversations about life. So many laughs about the past. We would day dream of vacations and things we wanted to do in the future. The summer was her happy place. She loved the flowers, the grass, the sun and the water.

We spent every holiday together as a little family. We would make our own dinner and exchange our gifts. We were surrounded by love with each other and the crazy pets. I will forever miss but cherish all those moments.
