My goodness...I just found out today...had been wondering why she had'nt responded. Feared this had happened. Lisa help my two startup companies to garner IRB support. She was instrumental in our first years. We are just now recovering from the post-COVID era and in full flight and were planning on using her expertise for several years to come. She is missed. I am sad today and will transmit the news to my company. Rest peacefully my friend.

I just found out today. Lisa and I met In Indianapolis in 1983 and immediately became best friends. I knew then her energy level and intelligence was far beyond what others could ever see.  To say that we loved one another would be an understatement.    We understood. And we got one another.  I accidentally found this today.  At 69 you start reaching for people that touched your heart and mind in so many ways. So looking for her I found this instead. My heart will always remember her and know that for a short time we loved and laughed together. RIP. LISA

I've known Lisa for many years and participated in countless clinical trials of holistic health products she was testing for the manufacturers. I always admired her for never doing trials of pharmaceutical drugs, and I benefited from the products -- whether vitamins, supplements, patches or anything else wholesome. During this past year, I often gave Lisa rides to Mary & Ged's Damanhur gatherings and she was always to appreciative of the ride. I was always appreciative of her company, which was positive, grateful, warm, open-minded and willing to engage in interesting conversations all the way. On our last trip, she loaned me a cast-iron skillet and said to keep it until she needed it again -- if ever. Thank you Lisa, for this parting gift and blessings to you on your soul's journey. I sent your birth and death dates to our Damanhur friends who promised to do a special ritual for your transition. I know they and I all remember you with love.

I just learned of Lisa's passing and am in shock. I've only known her for about 6 months, but she seemed like a wonderful person. Just last month we spent the day together working on a project for my business. I will miss working with and knowing you, Lisa. My deepest condolences to her family and friends.

We've known Lisa for many years in Boulder. We are grateful she is relieved from so much physical suffering, which always handled with such grace. She was a bright light, ever enthusiastic, a caring, generous, loving soul of great service to so many. She was a jewel and now a new star in our great firmament of bodhisattvas. With our blessings and love, John Steiner and Margo King

I learned of her passing on Monday. I must say it was a shock. I have known Lisa for at least 20 years. We worked on some research projects in the past. Recently, I was thinking to ask her to be part of a new research group that we are planning at Psy-Tek Labs. She will be missed!

Her Life

Lisa Tully - Energy Medicine Researcher and Networker Extraordinaire!

June 15, 2022
We are so sad our friend and colleague, Lisa Tully, has transitioned, leaving this world way too soon, after a challenging battle of many years with MS-like neurological symptoms believed to result from Lyme and from a brain injury in 2003. Everyone who knew Lisa couldn't help but see and greatly appreciate her friendly manner and sincere generosity, always wanting to connect people to others for the greater good.

Adapted from her website at the Energy Medicine Research Institute.

Lisa received her PhD in Pharmacology and Toxicology and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Indiana University School of Medicine. She received her undergraduate degree in Biology/Chemistry from Indiana University Southeast, followed by the Medical Neurobiology Program at Indiana University-Purdue University and a Summer Research program in Marine Biology at University of Texas, Austin, before pursuing her PhD

She was the author of several publications in peer-reviewed medical journals (some in her married name of Barber) and presented her research at international scientific conferences. She served on the Scientific Advisory Board of several companies and non-profit organizations.

Dr. Tully founded the Energy Medicine Research Institute (EMRI), whose primary mission was to assess the efficacy of vibrational medicine technologies and therapies. Her clients included scientists working on the cutting edge of energy-based diagnostics and therapeutics. Over the past two decades, Lisa attended hundreds of health, medical and natural product conferences and developed an extensive network of health, medical and scientific colleagues, always seeking to stay on the cutting edge of frontier diagnostics and therapeutics.

She was a good and loyal friend to many. RIP, Lisa.

Lisa, the Great Connector

June 22, 2022
I met Lisa at an ISSSEEM conference years ago. She was an amazing networker. Brilliant subtle energy researcher. We talked many times about her "Wizard Parties" and I looked forward to finally attending one. I guess that won't happen now. I will deeply miss her. I trust that she is in radiant space and full of happy energy now. ( Can you imagine otherwise? The girl rocks.)
But many of you Wizards out there are reading this, and I hope somebody will pick up the torch and reignite the network that Lisa was. I will be in Boulder area off and on, and I am a Wizard. I sincerely hope that the people that were connected through Lisa will continue to connect. I hope to meet you all.

Another star in the Heavens now illuminates our path

June 22, 2022
Lisa was a kind soul, a caring person, and a deep thinker and feeler.  I spent time with her in many different contexts over the years and was always amazed by her creativity and desire to network and connect people together for the greater good.  Her Wizard Parties were one highlight of my memories with her.

I sensed lately that she was feeling a call from the other side, from subtle things she said and from the struggles her body was facing.  It seems that the portal has opened for her to jump through, and now she is on a wondrous journey to the beyond.  Although so many will miss her shining presence, we can also celebrate her graduation and send her our prayers on her next stage of spiritual unfoldment, as well as gratitude for the gift she was and is.

The passing of a Friend and Co-worker

June 21, 2022
I met Lisa during my work with Energy Medicine while living in San Diego in the 1990s.  We kept meeting their her research activity with Lifewave Corp doing research for the company.  We continued to meet during the ISSSEEM conferences in Colorado for many years.  Lisa was a seeker of truth and how to apply it to the emerging field of Energy Medicine.  I was very surprised at her premature passing this month and trust that her spirit lives on in all friends, family and loved ones.  May her soul rest in peace.
