Llory comes to mind occasionally .....it's the sweetest moment! Her political comments were on point then and still resonate. Memories are precious.

Dear Family/friends,
The Good Samaritan graduating nurse's class of 1953 sends sincere condolences for the passing of Llory. She was a curly headed cutie who was smart, temperate, philosophical and appealingly "different." Her infectious smile could create an attitude of "don't sweat the small stuff"...and there was plenty of that among a bunch of 20 y/o's in "lockdown". Dorm life in the 50's was very restrictive. I'm confident her remarkable, loving spirit will hover around for a loooong time. Llory was a exceptional gift and now can fly throughout the universe.

Love all around --- Llory's life is beyond any small tribute I could ever make here. She inspired me to live fully - stay interested and always be ready for fun!!!

Wonderful memories of a truly incredible woman, mother, friend. She always made me feel so loved and peaceful in her presence. Love to all the family and am so sorry for your loss.

After any visit with my aunt Llory Boynton, and it didn’t matter how long or for what reason, you just felt better. Like how you feel when you hear a beautiful song, or read some meaningful poetry. She just brought that inspired trans-formative sense out in all of us. She was my mom away from mom when I screwed up as a kid ( I’m so glad I messed up so I got to live with her, by the way ) and she survived my mom by 20 years so she became my mom away from mom again, till just yesterday. ( I think they had an agreement) But I’ve been thinking about this for a while now, this effect she’s had on all of us. And it struck me how most of us need an instrument or some form of creative medium to try to communicate this same effect, where she just brought it to us firsthand. Like some direct liaison to that beauty we all try to reach in the world. Which is how I know she’s still with us. She is it and always has been.
( She gave this superpower to all her sons as well, my wonderful cousins, Paul, John, Ken, Fred, David.)

Memorial for Mom to be held on June 11 at the farmhouse she purchased when we first moved to the NW. The photo to the right shows a shot of the map (the old address was Rt. 2, Box 1952), and it's on Heuslein Road in Agnew. Check back for hours, but it'll likely be 12-? on that Saturday.
