Yes, the fight for change continues I am forever grateful to Lois for the opportunities she gave me in grad school at Cornell ILR and in the years beyond. She raised us all up--the model of her life's work lives on. I've been getting in good trouble ever since. I miss her dearly.
My deepest condolences to her family and to the entire Cornell community
I will greatly miss the sight of her in the corridor; even more, I will greatly miss her irreverential sense of humor and total clear-headed honesty.

Truly inspirational
I was Lois’s assistant for 9 years. Lois accomplished so much in her life that she could have retired years earlier but she was dedicated to the cause. I am so sad that she is no longer with us but I hope as women we learn from her life.To never stop fighting for what’s right. Never accepting the status quo. Lois is a perfect example of what a woman in this world needs to be- strong, compassionate and relentless.
