Thank you for being my friend for all of these years and listening to me talk when I needed someone to talk to and making me laugh when I was feeling down and having a bad day. When I got off the phone with you all I could do was smile or keep laughing from your jokes and my day wasn't bad anymore, THANK YOU SO MUCH. I sure am going to miss talking to you and the stories you told me. I can honestly say that I know what it's like to lose a true friend that would do anything in the world for me. I love you like a brother and I always will. You are such a great son, father and grandfather and you are going to be so deeply missed by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing you. Rest in peace buddy and I hope we will meet again in heaven!!!

Lonnie you were a blessing to personally know and love as a friend.
I and my family will miss your spirit, the Texas Rangers reports, your fishing stories, and Miss Shadow’s daily episodes
Your friends of the Arlington Low Vision Support Group who loved, respected and enjoyed the fun we all shared during the group’s field trips—many great, great happy memories.
This is not the end but a great beginning for you—I know our Heavenly Father has a special fishing spot for you on the Rainbow Bridge to fish and with your warm spirit welcoming others as they cross.
From your Yankee girl (me) and my family to yours Lonnie we loved and will be terribly missed. Thank you for letting us be a part your life.
