Lori was a mother of 3, starting with the oldest is Stacey Sims Pritchard followed by her only son Samuel Lee Chapman and the youngest Kadie Kathleen Chapman. A grandmother of Kaylee Chapman who is the daughter of Lee, Zoe Cash who is daughter of Kadie, and Dylan Pritchard who is the son of Stacey. She was the daughter to Geneva and Gary Sims, the sister of Dewey Sims and beloved sister of Billie Mingus. She passed away on the date of her deceased sister's birthday. I believe it all happened for a reason, God is GOOD and we all know that. 

Lori also is the grandmother of the newest grand baby, Shiane Chapman, who was born in September after her passing... Soon to be the grandmother of another boy, Jaxon Maddox who is due July 5th, 2016❤ We will forever miss her.
