My condolences to Louis's family. Among his other qualities, this brother was a music master and an excellent DJ. In fact, I have quite a few CD's he's mixed. RIP Louis.

His Life

Louis Frank also known as "Plumie" and "Handsome Lou" was born on May 24th, 1955 in Georgetown, Guyana as the first born child of James Eugene Adolphus Frank and Joyce Evelyn Frank.

For his early education in Guyana he attended St. Phillips Anglican, followed by Tutorial High School. He later attended Guyana Technical Institute. He migrated to the United States in November of 1981. He began working for the Metropolitan Transit Authority in 1982. While working, he attended Technical Career Institute where he studied Electronic Engineering Technology. In June of 2017, he retired from the Metropolitan Transit Authority. 

During his spare time he enjoyed watching westerns,fishing, DJing, playing golf, listening to music, traveling, and entertaining family and friends.
