Her Life
January 14, 2014

Mrs. Bonner was born in Winfield, Texas, the daughter of the late Frances Grace Stephens Smith and William Smith. She was a member of the Dixie Methodist Church formerly in LaGrange, Georgia. For many years she worked as a machine operator at Playtex Manufacturing Company, but many will remember her as the fun loving owner of Louiseā€™s Beauty Shop. She loved beautiful flowers and was delighted when she was the one growing them. She and her mother spent many wonderful hours together creating masterpieces with their quilting and knitting, but nothing pleased her more than to be out with her children and nature, with a fishing pole in her hand. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and sister. She will be missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her daughter, Vickie Prescott (Chris) of Franklin, GA.; two sons, Chuck Bonner (Debbie) also of Franklin, GA., David Bonner (Angie) of Brunswick, GA.; three brothers, Bill Smith (Lois) of Cumming, GA., Steve Smith of Franklin, GA., and David Smith (Pat) also of Franklin, GA.; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Charles Samuel Bonner, Sr.; sister, Sarah Noles; and brother, Buddy Smith.
