Not a day or night goes by that I don't vividly recall that day when the tragic events took place. It was unbearable, traumatic, horrific, and something I wish on no one. We lost a great shipmate, an amazing pilot, honorable and dedicated Sailor, a good man, as well as certainly a fantastic husband and father. I continue to pray for your family, even after all these years, that they might have peace, comfort, love, and hope, that you still live in them, your memory in their hearts never failing.
