ForeverMissed

It's with unspeakable sadness that we share the news of Lucille Redd's passing on Friday, March 15, 2013 at 4:30 PM.

In her vision, her timing couldn't have been more appropriate. She'd just had her toenails painted red, her hair sprayed up, and her Coco Chanel glitter lotion reapplied. Such was her usual Friday afternoon ritual just prior to heading to the North Franklin Volunteer Firehall for bingo. She's on a different journey this Friday, but knowing the luck of this Irishwoman, she'll hit the jackpot with St. Peter -- all in time for St. Patrick's Day.

Another year has passed since you left. Life goes on here. I went to Myrtle Beach for my birthday. I went to a new place i hadn't tried before, Lulu's Buffet. Just had to go there, the ambience was great the food was good. We could have had a great time there just chilling and enjoying the music. I miss you as always and you will forever live in my heart.

Really can't believe 10 years have gone by. Well Lu, Bill had another serious hospital visit, several in fact. But I didn't have you by my side to get me through it this time. Yes still kicking you know Bill. Wow all those years ago, that's when we became close and inseparable afterward. We did lots of fun things together over the years. Always here in my heart.
As to Kim, not sure what favorite dessert was mine but her macaroni salad was the best. BJs fav dessert was her keylime pie, and she seemed to always have one when he stopped by, he was one of her favs. Loved greatly and missed by so many.

I can’t believe it’s been 10 years without you here. They say it gets easier…. What a lie… it never does. Life on Redd Run Rd just isn’t the same that’s for sure. We definitely miss mommy’s Sunday dinners lol. Can anyone smell the sour cream steak cooking? And don’t get me started on her desserts!!! Let me know what your favorite was!! Mine was pineapple upside down cake!!!!
I added some new pics of her to brighten up the day. Let’s rejoice in her memory!!! Share some stories of the loving life of mommy …. aka LuLu
We miss you desperately, enjoy your wings mommy ♥️ Kimmie Sue

It is really hard to believe it's been 9 years. So much has happened since you left. Our kids are now in 40s and 50s and it doesn't seem possible. Bill is still about the same, has had several bouts when weren't sure he was going to make it. Getting old is taking its toll on me. I think of you all the time and miss you. I can just imagine what you'd be saying during all this crazy stuff over last couple years. Until we meet again.

I think of you often and miss you dearly. I have so many great memories of all our times together. Friday night bingo, fair week at Washington was always a great time for us. Sharing food , watching kids show, cleaning pig barn and cloroxing the place. You should see it now, nothing like when our kids were showing. Love you and miss you, but always in my heart.

Wow hard to believe it's been 7 years and still yet like it was yesterday. We shared so many happy times over the years and had so many enjoyable times together. We weren't really close until after Bill's accident and her and Linda came to hospital so I wouldn't be alone. They got me through a really hard time and after that it was me and her. We did so much together but Friday night bingo was definitely our thing. She told me once that her dad would say when I picked her up occasionally there goes little Faye and Maybe, our moms, who were also very close. I miss you more than words can really express. Love you and miss you.

Wow, do I ever miss her. I think of so very often and all the great times we shared. She was not only my cousin but my best friend for many years. When I think of her it always brings a smile to my face as we had so many good times together. I just saw Kim and Tim last week and she would be so proud of them. Love you and miss you. Until I see you again...

My dearest cousin, I will always love you and miss you tremendously, but I do have so many good memories of you to hold on to. We did a lot of things together and went a lot of places and shared so many things. I remember at the fair always buying food and sharing so we could experience more variety of the great food there, and Friday night bingo and sometimes Eat N' Park afterward.

I wouldn't know how to choose just 1 story. We created so many great memories over the years. For quite a few years we did everything together, that's when Uncle John started calling us little Faye & Maye. We raised our kids together, the fair years, and of coarse every Friday night, bingo.. I think of her often and miss her so much.....
