This memorial website was created in the memory of our loved one, Lucy-marie Mcleod-Short who was born on September 18, 1988 and passed away on October 10, 2010. We will remember her forever. She was a remarkable young woman who was able to take the darkest of times and brighten them. Lucy had an amazing strength right up until the day she passed, she knew she was poorly and told no-one. Lucy made all her own plans and preparations without letting on to anyone that she would soon leave us, we know this must have been incredibly hard for her yet she held strong to protect us. 22 years old and has left a trail of devastation from people who loved her and held her close to people she had only said hello to once or twice, she touched our hearts and made a long lasting impression on us all.
