Querido Tio- Te extrano mucho... Uncle Luther, although we didn't see each other a lot, the times that I did get to spend with you I loved. I loved watching you dance and your beautiful smile. I am glad God picked you to be my uncle. Love your niece! Monica

Dear Friend, You made my last few years as a CBP Officer so special. Always with that great smile, positive attitude and most of all "you had my back" I could always count on you. When I would bring leftover food from my family dinners you guys ate it as if it was a gourmet dinner. Salsa dancing "WOW". Blessings to your Family and Rest in peace.
