I am so sorry to hear about Mrs. Harris. I have many fond memories of her as a teacher. She was a wonderful teacher and taught me in the first grade. She was truly blessed to live such a full life, always going where she wanted to go and doing the things she loved. Keeping the family in my thoughts and prayers.

Mabel was my first grade teacher and neighbor.  Mabel was very dedicated to her family, church and community for many years. My prayer of her family today is that God will give peace and understanding today and the days ahead. Mabel was really blessed with a long life and the ability to do what she wanted when she wanted. She always had stories to tell with words of wisdom. Love Darnelle
