Born in Fayetteville, North Carolina where she grew up with her parents and three older sisters. She worked in the local library for 15 years and was loved by all . She was preceded in death by her husband Harrison of 53 years. Mabel is survived by her daughter Leanne , her step sons Richie, Gregory, Michael, Gary, and Marshall. Along with her many grandchildren and great grand children. A private memorial was held at her daughters house in Dayton for family members.
