Major Adeboriota Adeleke was more like a father to me. He was such a great human being – so strong, bold, brilliant a rare larger-than-life kind of character – a pillar that fought for my existence in the family! Such a huge loss to our family, friends and the entire country.
Egbon mi you will always be remembered
Even after life is gone
In my hearts your love remains on
Even after you have left this sinful world
In our thoughts
Your light shines bright
Even after you are gone
In my memories
You forever live on.

It was the shocking news that brought tears to my eyes.
And you made me remember what it was like to cry.
On that dreadful day, God decided it was your time, your time to go and rest in his paradise.
So He took your life away from your loved ones, And everyone close to you felt the pain.
Your wife and kids will always think of you,
And they will always know you'll be looking down on them keeping them safe,
Making sure everything goes okay in their lives,
Making sure they live a good life better than you did .
We all missed you.
Rest on daddy Tam till we see and depart no more.

Major Bori Adeleke... Hmmnn... honestly I don't know what to say. Your passing was a rude shock. Why did you have to go this soon? You had a lot to live for; your beautiful wife, cute son, and beautiful daughter. It's so sad and we can never get over your sudden demise. One assurance that we have is that you have gone to rest in the bosom of the Lord. You were a great man, very likeable and jovial. I still remember all those days you followed us to the office; your jokes, your strong presence, and care for your wife. We will sorely miss you Major Bori Adeleke. You came, you saw, and you conquered. Continue to rest in peace great soldier!

Daddy Tam, rest-on in the bosom of the Lord. May God uphold the family, mummy Tam and the little children you left behind. Still in shock over your demise, but what can a mere human like me do? Only God knows best.

Still finding it difficult to get terms with your dimise. This came to me as a shock. You were always jovial friendly. With 'Ota' as you jokingly call yourself Atimes. It was never a dull moment. Adieu Bro debori. May God keep and uphold the family you left. May God also comfort Daddy.

Tribute to Daddy Tam

April 10, 2019

Daddy Tam as i do call you, You remained a good man till death. The news of your demise still sends cold shivers down my spine. The same week you left us, my wife and I visited you and mummy Tam (Sunday) been a while we heard from the family. The following day (Monday) I was off duty at work and also visited the family with my friend and brother Agbo.

We laughed together, chatted and you asked that we were served drinks, little did we know it was a final celebration. Remembered when you appeared at the entrance of the hall with mummy Tam on my wedding day just few months back despite your hectic schedules, looking great, filled with life and those smiles. From afar which i danced, i stood still like a solder to acknowledge the presence of a very important person.

When you came around to our office, the security men always stood to a halt with the shout "General" even if it was not yet your rank, i silently prayed that their statement becomes true, unknown to me that God has a better plan.

You knew me for a while, yet took me as a little brother. Your memory will forever be in our hearts. Rest on in the bosom of the lord
