And Boden was born and raised in the Bay area California, she spent most of her childhood living in the San Ramon area. She and husband John settled with their family and East Contra Costa County.  Ann and John have three biological daughters together Lilith, Shauna , and Sabrina.  And also shared two stepchildren with her husband John, Michelle and Michael Boden from Washington state.  Later in life and and John would welcome three additional adopted children Jerry Taylor, Amber Bauer, and Danielle Peeler. 

 Ann spent her time with her family, friends, and animals.  After losing her husband of 34 years, she spent time traveling to be with family.  Some of Ann's favorite things included humor laughing and making jokes and her corny behavior. She enjoyed Facebook games, had a guilty pleasure for reality TV, and reading.  In the final months and life she had health issues had been in the hospital several times always being supported by her family near and far she was able to get through and come home. 

 On October 16, 2016 after A stay in the hospital and a surgery on her leg, Ann came home in good spirits and ready to heal.  But at 2 AM that morning the roommates and longtime friends found her deceased passed away in her sleep in her bed at her home with her dog.  Ann had made it clear since the loss of John that she missed her husband, and it was clear that she was ready to join him right after she lost him. 

Ann's  young body has been through a lot and it was time for her to spend some much needed time with her soul mate.
