Gone Too Soon.......)I am just reflecting on our regular morning chats at the front of Ashmun Street Office. Seeing you brushing your face almost every morning. I'm like, "Sister Mammie, you adding putty to your face"? My heart bleed for you, as i write this note... May your soul and all faithful departed rest in perfect peace and light perpetual shine one your. Until we meet again.

Dear Mamie,
Just a little goodbye to a precious soul.
You were such a brilliant and professional young lady. Even-though you are physically gone, know that you will forever live on in our hearts. Just when we thought you were coming back, you left. we know you fought, but God had a better plan, to take you to a better place; free from pain, scandal and other complexities of our time. Rest in peace, knowing that the footprints from your walk on earth remain in the sand.
We judge you not, but remember you fondly. See you on that great getting up morning. Light perpetual guide you home.

Mamie, may your soul rest in peace, you have left us with sorry and pains. I still remember smiles and kind words. Rest in peace sister.

Let me join our colleagues in expressing my deepest regrets over the loss of a Coworker. She may have departed from us, but her memory will linger in our hearts and her works memorialize in the annals of history. Indeed I am deeply saddened by the loss.

Mammie, there was indeed a time we hung out, talked and joked but all of that is gone now and all that is left now are the memories.

MJ, as I loved to call you; you were born a star, remained so and even died a gold star. You touched my life in many ways. I admired you, I loved you and adored you greatly. Your work was always neatly done that made my call over so easy to do.

I miss you, sister. The world missed you cause you made such a huge difference. I often wondered why you were so loved, adored and admired by many, but now I know the reason why "Good people go only too soon, they have only a short time to leave their footprints in the sand of time"

If tears could build a stairway and memories a lane i would walk right up to heaven and bring you back again.
