You were right behind me in roll call and my first bench mate in grade 9 and then later in grade 10 as well, so we were very often stacked together during practicals in the labs. I remember you making me laugh with your straight-faced one liners while the class was on. We haven’t been in touch over the years, nor can I claim to be a close friend, but hearing about your untimely departure did impact me in an inexplicable manner. I tried all day yesterday to write my condolences but somehow could not muster up the courage nor put together words to express this feeling of loss, when I didn’t even know you that well. If this is the impact your going away is having on a mere acquaintance of yours (from long ago), it sure must be devastating for those close to you...Speaks volumes about what a wonderful and loved and cherished person you were in your lifetime. I will remember you with fondness forever and I wish tremendous strength to all who hold you dear to bear you loss. Prayers

Maneesh I didn’t know you closely , but your loss has nevertheless affected deeply. You were always a smiling person in school and also in the get togethers where we met. Gone too soon. I really hope you a in a more beautiful and peaceful place right now .

Seeing people go in these tragic times is very depressing. But when someone who is your near and dear one leaves, it is extremely heartbreaking and painful. That sinking feeling is extremely difficult to pen down in words. Bro, you were a wonderful human being. Someone who, in spite of going through hardships in life, always put up a bold front, smiling face and spread positivity to others who connected with you. I will remember you always as a fighter, a true warrior my friend who remained positive till the end. May God bless you wherever you are with a life that is full of bliss and give strength to your loved ones here to bear with this irreversible loss.. You will be forever missed buddy. Hugs.

30th April will go down as a black date for me.
The guy who I grew up with was not to be there on this date...Cannot still believe the journey of life we started since year 5 in school would come to close in such an untimely unfortunate manner.
Days when we would on our bikes travel distances to play with each other from video games to He-Man toys collections...Flying kites...Troubling our parents with all kinds of pranks along with studying a tiny bit as well...Barely staying afloat moving up from one class to the other...We entered high school and while I would take a studious extreme at times you would bring a balance ensuring that there is enough fun that happens as well in terms of school fetes..Inter school western music festivals etc etc..Karate competitions..etc etc
Days when we would go from one tuition to the other from Sikand to Bhagai to Kamal Chellani and Jaggi on your scooter as we prepared for our board exams and engineering entrance exams...Some memories we made my friend !
Know our paths had to diverge a bit as the reality of Life and responsibilities caught up but we always took the chance to be in touch...
There were physical distances but of everyone from the school you were the closest...
Someone who guarded me all through out and looked after me as we grew up right from the day I met you...
Wish the time could turn back and we could live another lifetime my friend...
Sad reality that we have to face now and can only cherish the memories you have left behind and there will not be a day I thank my destiny that I have had the privilege of having had a friend like you...
May you rest in peace my friend...Till we meet in another life time

Maneesh, u vr my benchmate twice and the only memory that goes down my memory is of u always smiling and laughing. The feeling that I r no more isnt sinking in. Wherever u r rest in peace. But u leave a void for ur family and all of us and none can fill it. Keep smiling up above there. Heartbroken truly.
